My Boys... Bailey and Dad :o)
If some lives form the perfect circle, others take shape in ways we cannot predict or always understand. Loss has been a part of my journey, but it has also shown me what is precious, so has a love for which I am very grateful.
My Dear AM3 Friends and family, I hope you are well, and I apologise for my lack of responses to your beautiful messages. Life has thrown some beautiful and exciting change and some unexpected loss, which has made some big changes to my life and the amount of time I have on here. I hope to have some time soon to view your pages and stop by and say hello. Be well and happy, and have a great 2009!
Thanks to Suvnir for the editing tips :o)

to be honored enough to love and be loved is the most we can inspire to. Loss is part of love, eventually, you have the advantage of not only relying on memories but the amazing photos that you have taken with that love. Be strong, keep the memories safe and live your next episode of your life in honor of those you have lost. LOL.

@Maxine: Thanks sweetie, it is actually love I have found, but another kind of loss, this is a beautiful memory of my recent holiday with Dad and Bailey... it is the love of both these beautiful men that keeps me strong and that I am grateful. Thank you my friend, hope all is well with you!
Beautiful, sensitive and heart felt words frm both you and Maxine which are oh so true in life.
I've always been an optimist in life, but realistic to appreciate that in the cold light of dau, the journey we each make through this wonderful life is filled with trauma, loss and deep sadness along the way. When it comes to loss, I fall to pieces emotionally. My emotional crutch, or salvation comes in the memories I shared and still hold dear in my heart and mind, and the knowledge that the person who has embarked on the journey I can no longer share with them, was loved completely by me and treated with respect and kindness.
A beautiful photograph, so personal and sensitively observed

@EYES WIDE SHUT: Such beautiful words and so expressive. You are right, life is filled with loss, trauma and sadness, we see it around us every day. It is the love of those near to us that see us through and that hold the strongest memories in difficult times. This loss will be a positive I am sure as the new chapters of my life unfold. Thank you for your beautiful and touching comment EWS and for stopping by!
Good b & w. You are rare in Aminus3 Kylie but each post is a good shot

@Marie LC: Thanks Marie, appreciate your comments very much!
What a beautiful shot Kylie, How lucky you are to have two strong handsome men in your life. Your photos of people always see right through to their soul even when they are not looking into the lens, perhaps they reflect the love that you put into each shot

@jamesy: Thanks so much Deb for your lovely and encouraging comment. It's easy to see the great souls of these two beautiful men in my life, I am very blessed. Thank you for stopping by, lovely to see your comment. Enjoy the rest of your weekend my friend.
A perfect circle seems boring. A curved line with ups and downs, the little twists...that's what builds character, makes feelings and emotions stronger and basically, makes life more interesting. Taking this curvy itinerary together is building on the foundation of a relationship. No worries, together we'll find the way home.

@[suvni:R]: :o)... I like your thinking! Indeed we will strengthen through the experiences of this journey, as we find the way home together. Thanks for your support and encouragement and for making me smile honey xxx
Good pix Ky., these two DUDEs looking at a wonderful scene of Sydey Harbour, from Balmoral Beach, enjoying the moment of being there!!

So nice to see you again Kylie, I have been wondering how you are. I think life is a series of roads, ups and downs, happiness and sadness. Expect the unexpected...but I do truly believe that when one door closes another one opens. I hope the door opens wide for you this year with much joy and memories that are yet to be made.
Thank you for your continued friendship and support, you are an important part of this community that has become a family to me.

LIFE IS LIKE CIRCLES THAT MOVE IN TIME AND STAY PARALLET TO EACH OTHER. WE KEEP THE CIRCLES IN MIND AS LONG AS WE LIKE IT.

What a wonderful photo depicting those dear to you. Young - Old, Son - Father, Black hair - White hair, Hat back - Hat Front, Focus - Blurred, Child - Parent, Hope - Wise, both dear : both reflecting : both looking forward to the future. Isn't it interesting how powerful a photo can be?

Since first I found your site Kylie I have enjoyed and been impressed with your work. You have a wonderful talent for photography and artistry. But by far the most important talent you posses jumps off the monitor screens around the globe. That talent is your boundless capacity for compassion, friendship, love and loyalty that is echoed from my screen every time I visit. Thank you!

@Bill: Bill, I am so honoured and moved by your words, it actually brought a tear to my eye. This week with all that is going on, those closest to me have encouraged me to post here, now I know why. It is the love and support of people like yourself and the aminus3 community that lifts your soul and somehow brings such special, talented people together all round the world. Thank you for being such a special part of this community to me, for your encouragement and support and for sharing your life through your photos and experiences. Your message lingers in and warms my heart, thank you Bill! Have a wonderful weekend!
Wonderful portraits. The orientation of the caps works perfectly.

@Fliss: Yeah, I am truly blessed, to have the unconditional and abundant love of my Dad and my gorgeous man Bailey! (Not my bro)... it reminds me that life is good, even it if is a little difficult at times. Thanks for stopping by Fliss. Hope all is well with you.
To feel sorrow from loss means that we were blessed to have had something very special and cherished, and for which fond memories serve to remind us how fortunate we were to have it at all.
All the best to you.
This is a beautiful portrait.
