Jeff from Pembroke Dock, United KingdomBe kind to your web footed friends, for a duck may'be somebodys mother.I love Ducks. 10 Sep 2008 8:06pm @Jeff: I so agree with you Jeff, I have a love of ducks too, they are great birds. I had one recently that used to sit solo on the roof of my house and call his mate, I hear they mate for life??? she was nowhere to be found and he would just sit there and call and call and call, used to break my heart, then one day I noticed him and another the yard, just rummaging around, with my two very docile ragdoll cats watching on at their contentment, he had found his mate! (I think my cats like ducks too, they like watching them and have never killed a bird in their lives!), so yes I will always be kind to the ducks.
