Retired... in all its gloryPosted by Kylie Greenan (Hunters Hill, Australia) on 31 July 2008 in Transportation and Portfolio. Series image 4 of 5 ...the white spots in this image around the window are those tiny flies, a bit like fruit fly. I have not edited them out as I think they were Rusty's friends. © Kylie Greenan Photography 2009

Andrew from United StatesNice short light portrait of a piece of history. I wonder if we will ever again design vehicles with the shapeliness or character of these old trucks? 31 Jul 2008 11:06am @Andrew: They just don't make them like they used to do they... we can only hope. Thanks for your comments Andrew. Paco Díaz from Palma de Mallorca, SpainThis is a beautiful melancholic image. I like all the photos in the series, very poetic. 31 Jul 2008 12:00pm Andrew Gould from Sydney, AustraliaThe light's beautiful, as is the curving form of this old vehicle and its weathered look. The tight framing is very effective, too. 31 Jul 2008 1:11pm Siam from Chaingrai, ThailandOf the apparently putting in the point ideal of this car, which you put in an obvious place on your blog. The rust become nice, light not sieve, in the ambience of nature in ls big photographic functions of your boitier. Very not choice of the feelings of ISO in a systéme of measure of light. Félicitation my friend Kylie. Siam 31 Jul 2008 1:37pm @Siam: Merci tellement de toi de beaux commentaires mon ami, Siam tout d'abord apprécié.
